If the applicaton is submitted for a program or on behalf of an organization, indicate the number of the girls served and their ages.

Specifically state how the grant will be utilized. Provide a brief overview of the program's budget. If applying on behalf of an individual, identify their need for financial assitance and outline their goals as it relates to golf.

Describe how the receipt of this grant will support, improve or otherwise provide girls' greater access and participation in golf or enhance the development of girls' golf skill and their knowledge of the game.
