If the applicaton is submitted for a program or on behalf of an organization, indicate the number of the girls served and their ages.
2. Specifically state how the grant will be utilized. Provide a brief overview of the program's budget. If applying on behalf of an individual, identify their need for financial assitance and outline their goals as it relates to golf.
